OPT Creation Inc. hereby announces that it has decided to postpone the date of the 18th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.

Due to the impact of the request to refrain from going out of the house in order to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection, it has become difficult to conduct financial closing and other operations according to the usual schedule. The Company has decided to postpone the date of the general meeting of shareholders to late August in order to allow shareholders to deliberate in a more productive manner.
